 what do i do

my boss called me to his office today and told me the company is in a rebuilding stage and cant afford to pay me what they pay me right now and i need to take a pay cut but still have same responsibilities now mind you a couple mos ago they already took
away company phones and took away gas cards so i have to pay for my own gas for a company owned vehicle only used at work v and use my own phone for company use now they want me to take almost 10,000 cut in pay a year do i wait it out and hope things get better or do I tell them to eat my a@# !!!! what do you think?

Depends on how bad you need a job and is anything better available. I went through a six month pay freeze after I should have got my yearly. Ended up with a buck and a quarter when it came through.

The other day the old man's boss wouldn't order them ink pens!! Needless to say, at the next big meeting he signed his name in crayon on the call sheet Its terrible how these companies are treating people like dog crap!

sounds to me like teh company is possibley headed out the door itself in the long run and they are trying to hang on....unless you really love that job i wold definetly start looking elsewhere for a job that suits you!!!

Around here copper prices, gas prices and changes in technology have had simular effects on large businesses that eventually went out!!!!

companies do these things cause they know if you wont do it they'll find some dumb a@# that will for cheaper. what really pisses me off the last house i did had over a 300,000 profit and now i'm getting S@#$ on

yup trust me i feel your pain i had a company i did work for in wisconsin westra construction go belly up and they still owe me 10 grand its sad they do this to the people that are making them money

It's one thing to have to take a pay cut but to be required to pay for the gas and telephone which is only for company use would have done it for me long before the pay cut! I'd drive that truck out into the middle of nowhere as far as I could until it run out of gas and walk away. If the ownwer thinks of you like family like you do of him he would not treat you like this! JMO

a contrat these days seem to mean nothing i just signed two very big ones and had to have my lawyer there to make sure we wouldnt get well u know what lol
