If any one can help I'd appreciate it. I guess I'm not sure about if we bred a female in Nov. and she had the pups in Jan if the stud would have to be payed up for 2006 or 2007? In other words does it matter when you breed or when the pups are born for puppies to be in this program? Thanks in advance. Doug A

HAS TO BE PAID FOR THE YEAR THAT THE PUPS ARE BORN IN. IT DOSENT MATTER WHEN YOU BREED THEM.
