had a quick turn-out last night.

Took Doc, my son's dog Devil and his friends dog Spike out last night. Doc struck as soon as his feet hit the ground behind the truck. Then Devil opened, cut them loose; Doc went one way; Devil went another; shortly Spike opened on track also.
Doc and Devil were running two tracks in the same area, or at least that is what it sounded like. Spike took his tract in different direction. You could tell that Devil and Doc were headed right at each other and then they both located and felled treed. In a couple minutes Spike fell treed.
Went to Doc and Devil first since Doc won't be 1 year old till Sunday. Had two coons up the same tree.

Next went to Spike and he had another up a tree.

A good turn-out with three blueticks and three coons.

FIGURES!

You are Awful with the camera... BUT, I have to say once we start hunting.. we'll do the same thing, OR stand like morons with the camera unused...
That's ok, your stories ABOUT the hunts USUALLY suffice!

Good story, I always enjoy reading others hunting adventures. A camera always adds a little extra to the story but I always seemed to forget mine when I needed it and had it when I didnt. Now I have a camera phone that goes everywhere with me and though it doesnt take the best pics in the world I can get a photo of the dogs.

Heres one take in the daytime

And one taken at night. I actually deleted about 4 shots prior to getting this one. The others didnt turn out very well and I figured this was as good as I was going to get at night.
