? on overdue pups

I've raised a few litters but never had this problem to this extent.
my female was due last Sat on the 6th of may . It is now Thurs the 11th. She has been lightly milking all week but showing no signs of trying to have them. How long should I let her go before
doing something ?

it goes by when the eggs drop, not so much as the days, if you bred her early, maybe. but it is hard to watch, esp if she is loosing milk, i would take her in also, see what they say.

Thanks for the input I talked to 3 different vets and they all pretty much said the same thing . If she is acting fine and there is no discharge to go ahead and let her go to up to ten days over. So it looks like a waiting game hoping every thing goes ok. One also said it could be a false pregnancy. That would be a dirty trick but it would be better than a complicated delivery

yes she does look pregnant and when I felt her sides I felt what could be described as harder lumps inside which I am thinking is the pups but I have been wrong before
