I will vote for whoever runs against the Republican. Just like in baseball. My favorite team is whoever is playing against the New York Yankees.

Anything's better than more of what we got now. This country is GOING DOWN. It cant take 4 more years of a Republican in office.

None of this was true when Bill was in office? Give me a break.
Clinton didn't finish the war. Energy problems been coming and known for years. Opec has had control before Bush. Where is Hilary's health plan. She worked on it how many years and we have nothing. Children are being left behing because of the lack of morality and ability to punish along with teaching homosexuality as a normal life style which exploded dury clinton's years. My taxes are no worse maybe bette than when Bill was in. Border patrol worse now than then. that takes the cake. Growth in China has been coming. ahs not just exploded in the last 4-5 years. Bin Laden isn't very mobile right now. His terroism has been suppressed.
True no candidate from either party will come in and fix things in the next four years. Bush has not done everything right but are downward spiral came from Clinton and the immorality and the new definition of seperation of church and state that he brought to office. ALong with supreme court justices rewriting the consitution.

Blueticks and now Democrats.....Sheep tested and approved.. Thats all I need to know! LOL

Actually doc, the surpluse was projected. 911 had a one trillion dollar hit on our economy and our unemployment now and inflation is lower than any time during the clinton years. Pres. Clinton and 99.9 % of all Dummycrates believed there was weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq too. It was also PRes. CLinton who gutted our military and our intelligence community. Perhaps if Clinton would have taken Bin Ladin when he could have (TWICE) we would not of had 911 and 3,000 fellow countrymen dead. Or if he would have done something about the USS Cole, or the embassy, or the world trade center the first time.......But I don't mean to bore you with the facts.

not advocating for President Clinton... Bush 1 is who left the battlefield in Desert Storm for an oil deal... no doubt energy problems have been there long time... not an advocate of the major parties, both just whores for big vested interests and sell themselves to be elected and to stay in office... do believe nation was better off economically under Clinton, now we just give money to the rich while spending is at an all time high- just won't work... hope President Bush gets the nation on track, support him-just disagree with many of his policies... believe bin laden is a major force and spiritual leader of islamic terrorism and we should do our best to get him-we don't-wont... do feel we should stay in Iraq and finish what we started, even though believe it was a grave mistake to go in the 1st place.... tough-tough world today with many problems no matter who sits in the White House, don't see anyone on the horizons who can-will make needed changes...

I agree with most that post Doc.
i believe this country will have to face some kind of economic hardship to get back on track. People borrowing 110% on homes living far above their means has to come crashing down sometime. We have to become more saving minded than spending and these things will in turn slow down the economy.

news about gas prices must have not reached here yet... believe he has the ability to influence energy now and in the future, could be the salvation of his presidency.... we also need a coherent health care plan- what-how not sure about... agree that many have become dependent on the system and not themselves, expect things be done for them rather than do themselves... some things though, national security-defense-health care- energy are too vital to allow total private sector profit and markets to be in total control... eliminating emissions stds., not replacing product in the national reserve will hopefully lower prices, but will also increase big oils already enormous profits... need to move to renewable fuel and get off non-renwable fossil sources for a lot of reasons... see some state legislatures discussing taking a vote to recommend congress impeach the president, do not support such an effort, only a political ploy like the impeachment of Clinton was...

Doc agree with allot you just posted but.

The news said the other night the oil company's make a 9% profit on their product. They are making huge profits true but only because of demand. Their profit margin is much lower than most big companies.

The news also said that the government made more money from fuel taxes than the oil companies did in profit. Maybe we are looking at the wrong folks....

I don't like socialized health care go to one of the countries who have it and you will see it sucks. One reason you see so many forgien docs int his country and also what do those countries contribute in the way of new medicines and surgery techniques... Nothing because they have no incentive too.

Believe it or not our forefathers come here to get away from people telling them how much they could make or how to make it.

not against profit... just believe it should be fair, renewable energy is more than just a supply-demand issue- one of national security as well... the oil industry has a great deal of subsidation and tax write-off to bolster published profit figures, profit only part of the picture... for a national health care plan-policy, not sure as to how, have looked at-been in other countries that have national system, believe it is better than we think it is, not perfect, but believe people need health care and we do not deliver it as well as we should... no doubt best medical education-technology is here, but we need to improve the delivery system... we also cover fewer here and pay more for less in coverage, course big drug companies as well as other factors contribute to this... regardless of the many problems we have, this is far and away the best country with the greatest people, we are all fortunate to have the opportunity to live here...

WOW! Funny. I cant remember that happening in the 8 years Bill Clinton was in office.

What has "W" done to further concrete our right to arms? Its easy to say you support a cause, but it is another to actually do something to further the cause.

I thik we will be in the same situation in 2008 that we were in 2004. 2 parties and no good choice.
