2025 A O!!!!
Well it is in the books. We camped 7 nights and had A Great Time. Met up with several yearly friends. Also picked up a few more of them. Done a little shopping for the Grandkids and neighbor kids. Sold some hunting gear they have out grown. Had plenty to eat. Took a few naps. Listened to lots of stories some laughable at the time. Some I didn't laugh till I walked away. Gramma petted every puppy once some maybe 2 or 3 times. We went out to 2 of the 3 warmup hunts just to support them' I like raffles. Was in 7 different ones for a total $135.00. Like I said I just supported them. (LoL) We took our 13 year old blue english for walks around the grounds 2 to 3 times a day. Was the driver for my 84 year old buddy on Friday and Saturday night. He hunted out of the Convoy Club both nights. Both nights the guides took us north another 50 to 60 mile. Was some really great hunting. Was on the cast with Reba watched her rack up 1275 (?) points. Boys watchout for her she is good! Got to bed both Saturday and Sunday mornings at 5am. Ole Blue woke me on Sat at 7 and was up at 7 on Sunday to make awards presentation.
We want to THANK EVERYONE who makes this happen every year! Already looking forward to next year.
As you my have noticed I don't competition coonhunt, but I sure like to pleasure hunt.
Hope everyone had as good a time as we did. (or better) Also praying everyone had safe travels both ways.
THANK YOU U K C! And to EVERYONE ELSE!
Randi and Chris
PS: Never heard A dog on the grounds BARK all NIGHT??????
