2.5 year old Male DOB 8/16/20 (SOLD)
I have owned this dog for 8 months bought him out of WV. Treed coon here in MI two nights after bringing him here. Hunted him pretty good, handles great not fussy in the kennel very well mannered dog. He is absolutely a pleasure dog can have a lot of fun with him he hunts short to medium decant mouth bawl on trac bawl, chop o tree very accurate comes when called will even swim back to you when treed in water or anywhere else he is not supposed to be, tone broke if he gets too far out. He is not a comp dog too loose on trees not every tree but meets me too far off the tree dose jack but with other dogs backs off and sits down. He has left coon to go to another dog treed and seems to love company too much for me! He will operate with or without company just loves other dogs and is a very outgoing happy hound. He has treed oppousm and caught and killed a few ran some fast game and didn't tree but it's real easy to tone him in, not heard headed at all tone is all you ever have to do, note shocking this dog freaks him out and causes him not to hunt or scared to go away from you. He is a coon treeer and knows how to track some colder tracks and will tree them! If there is somone looking for a 100% pleasure dog that doesn't need to go every night and wants to see a coon when they do go the woods, he is perfect but don't think your going to win in a hunt without loose your purse before hand. He does not hunt down but seems to be more gamey when hunted down.
