Health issues

I have female who has gone from looking really good to acting like she doesn't know how to tree a coon. My question is could health issues be causing a problem like thyroid problems or some thing else. Curious to see what ya"ll think

Would not hurt to have her checked for lymes ,errichela and thyroid. Is she due to come in heat?
