Lots of great lights out there, but had conversation recently with a dad who was looking for a good light for him and his son each to start hunting. Most interested in reliability and not spending a fortune. What recommendations does anyone have for the notch under the top of the line headlights. He had multiple people tell him to get cheap Chinese light from ebay or Amazon, but would rather buy from reputable dealer / company

Get you a Superior Light......they have Several in your Price range and are as Dependable as you will find. Top Notch Customer Service to boot.....!!!
They will return your Email, your Text, and answer your Call when you Contact them. I have probably aggravated them to death with questions about a Light at different times and they have never let me down.
They build alot of Lights for Hunting Supply Vendors that just their Name on it and most of the Big Time Competition Hunters use a Light built by Superior. You can't go wrong.

I recommend the Dakota lights, a very dependable, lightweight, and lifetime warranty. And they are priced right, and yes, I do own 2 Vertex and looking forward to getting the Summit.
And you can never go wrong with a Brighteyes light!

We have had extremely good feedback on Our Sunspot Sniper..Lighweight,small head,balanced,lifetime warranty,two clicks on main beam,walk and red makes it extremely easy to use..No need for multiple switches to operate.Green laser also included..Lots of good lights out there good luck in your search.
