Meat dog deluxe
11/17/2017 Blue English male off of swag and a nice John the Baptist/Top gun female. Leaves out like a rocket when you unsnap him wether he’s with dogs or if you cut him by himself. Dead loaner, ain’t gonna come in and cover. Has a real good nose, can move a bad track without beating and banging on it and also trees a lot of layup coons. He’s NOT gonna come back and check in, he’s going to get treed somewhere. He’s 65%-70% accurate. Will gamble and miss some when coon ain’t moving. Has a good Handle on him you can call him in from a mile away and catch him. He’s open on track, barks according to the track. Just will fall treed on a layup. Bawl/Chop on tree. Has around $500 won in PKC and 1 win short of being a NTCH in UKC. Hard hunting dog that will tree coons in any weather. He’s been hunting the swamps in costal Ga for the last year or so. The dogs only hole is that he will tree a possum. May go two months without doing it, may jam 2 back to back outta the box. Gentle dog, not mean you can hunt him with anything. If not for that he would be a $4000 dog.

The dog is still available!!
To answer the most common question I’ve had so far “why are you selling him?” Because I’m tired of getting on him for treeing possum. I’m over it! Tha dog is unbeatable in the woods when he’s treeing coons. He’s put 400-500 points up in an hours hunt before. But I can’t stand the possum. When tracks are good he don’t fool with possum, in the rut and different times of the year when coon are harder to tree he seems to tree them more. Lately In a week of hunting 5 nights he will normally tree 10 coon and 3-4 possum and 3-4 slicks(can’t find coon with thermal) in an hour or two of hunting each night. Made 3 trees last night treed 2 coons and a possum in about an hour. First one to show up with cash gets him. Come watch him go.

He’s still available. 1 guy broke his foot kicking tires and is waiting on his disability check to come in, wasn’t able to travel. Other guys came and hunted he made a slick and a den and tree that crossed over a big river. Didn’t look great but coons weren’t really moving. But he wasn’t out there walking on water so they passed him up. Not a perfect dog but he’s a nice pleasure dog that can win a hunt. I don’t mind taking you hunting but I need to move the dog. I’ll sell him off the chain $1500

The dog is sold, and is headed to Southeast Alabama. I appreciate all the calls, txt messages, and coon hunting stories that I’ve exchanged over the last several days. I hope the ones who are looking for a nice dog find the right one.
