I had taken unit to dealer to be up dated now it is not working, collar seems to link up to satelite and hand held seems to link up to satelite but they won't communicate to each other. When on compass it has a ? mark like it has not found each other and on map page hand held will track me but not dog, so anyone know what to do to fix ? The dealer is not open till Tuesday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.THANKS

First thing I would do is delete the mini off the handheld and then add it back. When you say the collar seems to link up to the satellite, how are your verifying that. Only way is to see the light sequence change for a single flash to a triple flash.

If you get it reconnected and it is not working. Go to the sleep mode found in the menu for that collar. Tell it to wake up.

Bruce, the collar is flashing triple flashes and hand held showes the pointer on compass and a question mark for distance thank for reply I will remove collar from hand held then pair them back up thanks
