Yesterday, temps. around 10 below zero about 24 inches of snow on the ground my neighbor was driving around and just south of my place there was a coon walking down the road. He drove past it and went up the road about 100 yards turned around and came back and blow the horn at the coon he took off across the field into a cattail swamp about 100yards or so and disappeared. He said he didn't look or seem sick as he made it through the deep snow fairly good. Around here coon lay up in these kind of swamps.
