Couple weeks back My Alpha 100 developed a black spot on the screen...
I sent it in to Garmin and they sent a refurbished one back for a great price and new battery with a new and longer antenna...so now I have a backup battery and antenna...

I couldn't completely start the new Garmin and it wouldn't update so I contacted Garmin and they asked if I had a card in it...I said I believe it is a hunt view card...

they asked that I take it out and so I did...powered it back up and it worked just fine...and so I updated it just fine...

after I made sure it was working with the collars I re-installed the card and the same problem came back which is stuck trying to open...

at the bottom of the screen it says "LOADING PHOTOS" but does not progress further...

Has anyone had this problem and what is the fix? thanks

Also, if I need a new map which is the best to purchase? easy to use and excellent detail...thanks

I encountered this one time an it was that my map card was no good so the garmin could not load it. The hunt view plus map card is the best in my opinion. U buy it for the individual state u are hunting

Thank you Justin…my next question was going to be which hunt card?
