I have the Taipan 15 Just got it, does not appear to be charging, no light not showing but 1 bar for batt in view window. Charged overnight. any one else have trouble charging?

Best advice would be contact who you bought it from and see what they recommend.

There is a light right beside the charging port that comes on. Be careful with the charging port. It is fragile like many ports are today. You are using the cable that came with it right. They look like some other ones out there but are slightly different.

First thing I would do is if you feel the connection between cable and thermal unit is correct and not damaged. I would thank the usb end that plugs into the charger and try a different charger. A most usb chargers will work. Cell phone or Garmin or usb connection on computer. That will tell you where the problem is.
