Does the mouth change with age?

I have a 8 yr old female that is a bawl mouth both ways. Talked to fellar that used to own her (not that long ago) and he said she was a steady chop mouth tree dog when he had her. I know they'll tree different when they're hot, but was wondering if their mouths change when they get older? I'm just curious if I should expect a change or not as I continue to hunt her more & get her in better shape. What's everyone's experience/opinion?

I had a Seresto collar on her when I first got her back in the spring. That was making her hotter than she should've been on the tree. I switched to simpirica and that helped with her getting so hot, but still bawl both ways. As of now all she does at the tree is locate over and over... won't roll it over to a chop.
