Is there no longer a Purina Dog race?

I remember when news of the Purina Race would be all over the news. Such legends as Hardwood Dan, and Buster with Rusty Thompson, those legends thousands of miles to win the event. Is it gone and a thing of the past?

Black & Tan (Albert) Just a few that was during my youth..

Winners

Yes my understanding is they still have one you can look up the results on ukc coonhound page the hunts are not what they once were we all know that plus ukc has another dog food sponsor other than purina
