Best Month To Hunt 2yr Olds

Whats the best month to hunt hounds. Mainly inexperienced hounds? I'll shut up and listen now. Thanks

Here in pa the weather plays a big role but so does the young prospect. The debt of winter is never the best other then that just lots of hunting time. Anytime.

I'm sure it depends where you live, late Spring, early Summer is best here. Coons are moving quite bit, they are on the creek bottoms to feed, and there is still enough moisture on the ground to keep scenting conditions good.

october is always my favorite nothing better for a young hound then a good cornfield race then take them to the riverbottoms and make them work for one
