Garmin Help Bruce Conkey

hello Bruce i have a tt15 collar that today just started to shock dog by itself, maybe a short or something ,the dog stopped at the road like she was done , a fellow hunter stopped to catch her, that's when he got shocked a little, he grabbed her again and he got shocked again, then he loaded her! How can i check this to see what is happening, is there any way to test or do i just need to have it looked at. any advice is much appreciated ! never have noticed any issues before today!

.

I think you should call Garmin at 1-800-800-1020. Tell them exactly what happened. There are some things written I don't understand. But the engineers at Garmin should be interested and want to figure it out. Demand to speak to a supervisor. Take names of who you talk to. When they tell you to send it in. Keep track of what they figure out. I would write down the serial number of the collar before you send it in.

I had this happen to a dog one time. I saw it happen when he went under a large power line. I’ve seen them go under that line hundreds of times but it for sure got him that time.
