 Pride Dog Food lot code ?

Does anybody know how to tell the manufacturer date or best buy date by looking at the lot code ?

 lot code

I was able to reach them today . The lot code
is on the paper strip on the bottom of the bag.
First set of numbers is the Julian date of manufacture
second set is best buy date.
