Hello, i gave half ownership, in Lucy, ukc # W229,033, to Sam Burnett, we hope she will have pups, jan.28, she's already has her, permanent papers. They show Joe H Brooks And Sam Burnett, can i sign, the dam and stud certificate, as the stud belongs to me too, or do we have to get new papers, to register, the pups?

Since the Dam is owned in an "and" partnership we would need both signatures on the litter application for the Dam in order to register the litter. If "and" is between the Sire owner's names, then we would need both signatures on that part of the litter application as well.
