This means if this goes through ALL frozen semen will need to be relocated to a VET in NC and they can charge shy high prices! Doesn’t matter which facility you use - we are banding together and ALL in danger. This is a massive government overreach. If you send a bitch to be bred to a dog........in NC......the stud owner CAN be arrested. We need to react NOW! Before they get legislative sponsorship!!!!!!
