It has been brought to my attention that the state of Indiana after July 23 will require you submit a plan to the local health department for any gatherings of 250 or more people. Are yaw aware of this because it directly affects Autumn Oaks, Zones, World Hunt and National Bluetick Days? Do you have someone working on the plan Now and will be submitted ASAP to the appropriate health depts in the area the hunts are to be held? And do you have a backup plan being worked up for a resubmittle if the first one gets shot down? I know a lot of folks want to know as I do because we put a lot of time, planning and money into attending these hunts. Thanks ahead of time for replying as quickly as you can and keeping us informed as things develop.
Steve, we have staff designated to monitor all mandates as they relate to the State of Indiana and Autumn Oaks. Secondly, weekly meetings are being held working on plans to accommodate any required mandates etc.. I think we've got a good handle on the current requirements and or could be up against.
You're correct, current status is Phase 4.5 requiring a plan of action and approval by the local health department for crowds larger than 250. Pray that IN advances to Phase 5 before Labor Day. That would help eliminate obstacles.
Regardless, AO will look a little different this year, for sure.
