Litter registration

Alright guys I just wanna be clear here. I'm not complaining about my papers being held up. My complaint here is ukc's current lack of information and communication.
Here's the story. I made a semen cross to a female I own. I registered the litter online on 4/1/20 per ukc's recommendation to expedite the process. During the process it asked for the issue date off the sires papers for verification in place of a signature. The sire is owned by a friend of mine had misplaced the 10yr decieced dogs papers. At this time ukc said the would mail a document for him to sign and mail back for verification.
I received this paper, got it signed and put in back in the mail on may 10th.
Now it currently says on ukc's website they are processing paperwork received the week of May 18th.
After a two hour wait earlier I was informed by the lady at ukc that my paperwork had not been processed! lol I reminded her it was all completed online! Literally all they needed was this paper with the signature on it to finish this. So I asked the lady if she could at least verify they letter had been received? She said no, and that mail was not even being opened.
Ukc received this paper over 40 days ago. So when I asked about what the website says about paperwork received the week of May 18th she said that was only rush paperwork!
I realize they are behind. I have no problem with that. I feel like they should have been able to tell me something. She basically told me the paper I mailed in 43 days ago was laying in a bin and had not been touched.

We ordered a breeder report 2 months ago(19 total puppies).. have not received anything. One told us they would email it, another said they can't email it, post mail only.. still not here...but they are working from home... Waiting game.

Hello Brandon,

First I would like to thank you for bringing this issue to my attention.

We are undoubtedly further behind than normal, but are continuing to process regular daily mail. It sounds like there has been some confusion in the way this information was relayed to you by our Customer Service team. The date on our website is correct and does include regular mail not just rush applications. We are working on mail we received on May 18th. The mail we received on May 18th was the entire previous weeks’ worth of mail, due to state restrictions due to COVID-19 and statewide delays.

Your specific items have been reviewed and processed. This paperwork will be sent out to you tomorrow via USPS Priority mail. I will reach out to you tomorrow with the tracking number for this package.

I am sorry for the conflicting information you received earlier on the phones today, as well as the resulting frustration, and will certainly make sure every member of our team is on the same page moving forward.

Again, I want to be clear to everyone here. I am not complaining about not receiving my papers yet. I was only trying to verify UKC had received what they needed so my papers could be processed.
I think UKC is doing the very best they can considering the circumstances.
