Dog bark is horse from falling

Took my 11 month old walker got hunting the other night she has a big booming mouth.
She fell of a rock pile about 10 foot down backwards.
When she got up she was crawling real horse and realy loud seen some blood around mouth then when she got back on tree she was barking horse.
Took next night and still horse didnt let her tree bit a minute and pulled her off the tree so didn't hurt her more .
That was 3 nights ago and still horse the vet told me as long as she isn't bleed in stool or acting like she is in pain just give her a couple weeks should be okay.
Any body ever seen this happen before .
I have had dog bark out on chain but one minute she was fine then she fell and loud growl and turned horse any info will help thanks.

Had some people say that LA 200 is good for dogs with being hoarse. Its an antibiotic you can pick up at local Fcx or Tractor Supply. Give it to em orally 1 1/2 cc a day for 3 days and see how it helps. For bout 25$ its worth a try, my dog had a different problem and it worked for me
