Anyone remember Ralph Capehart that advertised back in the 70's and 80's. He had some Finley River Hounds and family bred them. Called his operation the Planned Genetic Breeders. Always like a man with a plan. Liked the looks of his dogs. But like most pups I got over the years from all the men with plans that advertised. They just didn't do much for me when I tried them.
Anyone have some good stories about some pups that came from him.

I don't remember him but I had some nice looking dogs from those lines that were OK but never any that made me go "Wow"...I think I know what you mean.

Bruce I sure remember the ad's. Never met him him or got a pup from him. Seemed he thought he had it figured out.

Remember his ads from way back when. Finley River and White Cloud, if I remember correctly. It was interesting to TRY to read them. I stress TRY, because most of the time they just didn't make much sense.
