Lost Papers

Hi,

I lost my dog's papers when moving, along with the quick access card 🤦‍♂️. I wanna apply for the duplicate but only recall the reg number when I got the application for him as a pup. Is that number the same when he is registered permamently?

Yes. The number is the same as when the dog was a pup. Since you are at a different address, be sure to fill out one of our Address Change Request forms in addition to the duplicate application. Send both applications in together.

If you're going to submit them within the next week or so, then yes. Normally you would be charged a fee for e-mailing them to us but since we can't get them done on time for you we will not charge you the extra fee.
