Sunspot light

I have a Sunspot rage light and I've noticed that when the charging cable is plugged into the light and the receptacle is plugged into a power bar even though the power bar in turned OFF the green light on the charger lights up like it's back feeding from the light batteries.
Is this normal or should I be replacing something?
Thank you.

Call mike but I think that it’s normal. If you aren’t charging it is best to unplug it IMO

The red/green light is an LED. When there's current going through it, it's red. When there's no current, it's green. When your battery is low and the current is flowing into the battery it is red. When the charger senses the battery is fully charged the charger shuts off and the LED turns green.
