Not sure they are doing much right now. I called a month ago about my gyps stuff and Allen answered. Said they had put all mail on hold for a few weeks and had just picked it up. This was a month ago and her points still have not been updated.

I did a points check. It shows the title earned 1/18/20 and sent 3/30/20, but I haven't got anything yet.

Guys, UKC employees have been working remotely throughout this time and continue to process registration work. The mail was initially stopped for a week or so but then eventually we could go directly to the PO for pickup each week. However, we had not been able to print any of that processed work until this past week where they now have the authorization to have an employee run the printers and start getting some of that processed work back out to the customers.

Of course, the first items to be printed are those who were first in line when the shutdown occurred. This is also why you're seeing that your paperwork has been processed but you have not yet received it.

We appreciate your patience through this time. Things are starting to look more positive when it comes to things reopening again around the country. Fingers crossed, it will happen soon.
