They are the same as the rest of the JC reed squallers. Everyone says they have the magic formula but the double reed jc reed calls are all gonna sound about the same. That being said I'm sure they work just fine. I can't answer as to how easy the reeds are to replace.

 sunspot

The sunspot is a higher pitch squaler much like others as Josh said.AT the same time I bought a sunspot I also bought a 2 lookin down.It has a much mellower sound,the closest to the old Olt squaler.I personally prefer the 2 lookin down.Have better results with it.
