You see alot of discussion about storing semen etc. what dogs have you hunted with lately out of semen on older dogs that you liked and what dogs have placed in any hunts out of semen dogs . This is a positive post so try to keep it that way

Archie Dore collected Dan a long time ago,and they used some on Terry Perkins Wipeout bred female,and Banjo II is a really nice coondog!
I hunted with him he is nice,and Terry is breeding him and he seems to be reproducing early starting tree minded, accurate dogs that can drive a track.

I have got a soon to be three year old male dog off of Hardwood Patch semen and a direct Lipper daughter. Won casts at the breeders show case and the SS and some open events. Made Nite Ch with two firsts and a second. Won 4 nite Ch casts. Need 4 more I hope to get this spring.

Unfortunately the Lymes/Earlichia bug got him or he would have been finished Last year. Cannot hunt him in hot weather or hunt him near as hard as I’d like to. I don’t hunt the big hunts other than the SS so not really applicable to the big hunt potential. I finish him to grand UKC and I’m probably done comp hunting. Not my thing.

FWIW I see no difference in him vs the normal dogs I draw that I beat or that beat me. See a lot of good dogs at the hunts anymore. I like these old Harry bred dogs. Generally look up at a coon when you walk into a tree.

I have a good friend that is a Wipeout fan through and through. Back in 2005 he had a real nice male that was Directly out of Rat Attack and the dam was a half sister to Wipeout the original wipeout ZeB. (Moose) He collected this dog and new has some beautiful pups out of him and a friends female who is out of Zeb 3. I wish him nothing but the best with the pups. They are beautiful and James Wright deserves to have another dog as much as he enjoyed his Chiller dog. 2006 State Champion and won many hunts for James.

I have one out of Molls Sackett dog that I can't complain about.

I think there is a place for Old Blood mixed with New. I think the new is better but there is a migration away from our traditional style of dogs. That perhaps some old blood can bring back or at least calm down. Calm some of this younger blood down and you have a nice hound.

Randy Smith's Lone Pine M $ Baby that has been in world hunt final 4 a couple times is a semen pup. Bone was still alive at the time, but I took her mother Quicky out to Bitzels to get bred. That litter produced Baby, Big Country Crusier, Miss Kay, another nice female and I'm sure some others I'm not thinking of at the moment.

We have Yadkin River Buck direct out of Tree Blaster semen, not much into competition anymore, he is mostly for our breeding program, laid back and houndy
