Skuna River Bark Dogs

Who is lucky enough to be hunting these dogs? How much do you like yours? I love mine they are accurate little suckers. Some of them are a little flaky but can tree the daylights out of coon.

These dogs are really going to be the corner stone for my stock of dogs for yrs to come. I really can't find anything about them that I cant deal with. I have lots of stuff I hate in dogs and move a lot of dogs that dont suit me but these Bark dogs seem to fit the bill. I would say 19 out of 20 would suit any hunter out there I wish he was still alive

You and me both with bark was still breathing ! I was running some Fred dogs and like them but all in all in my thin coon the bark dogs are better track dogs and just as good a tree dogs as Fred dogs or homer pups but you take the rite homer dog and cross him on a double bred bark female and you will have something special!!!!! Can't wait until the spring!!! Babe x repeat or babe x jiggs!!babe x hardwood Fred any of the above and somebody will have breeding stock with coon in there trees for years to come!!! I know there was a couple straws of bark semen but I tried to buy it and couldn't get it done but hopefully I can get one off whatever it is crossed on in the future!!!

I have hunted with Vern. What I have seen is he will get off alone and put them coon up those trees.

I LOVE MINE!!! I enjoy every minute in the woods with Pyro. So easy to call treed, honest stirke dog and chop every breath. It's going to be hard to keep the line around and once it's gone i'm sure going to miss it. He is my buddy, we go riding on the golf cart at least two times a week. That dog loves a golf cart too.
He is off of Bark and a Coma female.

I like her. Weighs 44 lbs louder than most dogs. Just turned 7 hadn't been in a hunt until I got her.. Put a 1st on her in first hunt had her in 2 more got beat on one didn't do any good at all in the other. Good track dog accurate, and consistent. There's not a dog on the bottom side of her papers I recognize not sure if any of them are even titled but that doesn't seem to bother her or hurt her ability to tree coons..
