Y'all owe it to yourselfs to grab the kids or grandkids and check this old movie out. 1930's black family living in the deep south. Might appreciate how good we have it nowadays.

I would also add that you consider buying the book if you have kids that enjoy reading or if you have kids you want to encourage to read more. Easy reading and hard to put down.

They sale a book with sounder,savage sam and ole yeller in the same book I didn't read any of them till I was in my 40s. Couldn't put it down.
