Tractor Supply has "clinics" at many of the TSC stores. I just saw the signs for them at one of the stores, and it looks like they are ongoing events and not just once or twice.

Most of the Michigan club clinics are held early in the year. I went to one in late January and it was very busy, but also very inexpensive.

Hope you find one; if I hear of one, I will post on this site.
