I have 2 collars programmed, can’t get it to change from one to the other to use the correction buttons. There has always been left & right arrows at the top of the compass screen but they are gone, any help would be appreciated.

from your home page go to training setup. You need to see how it is set up. You might need to delete what you have an from options add a training page. Its al in the menu

There are several ways to set up training button. I suggest you spend some time on UTube checking out some of the videos and you can find what works for you best there.
