can a club hold a double header on a sectional?the questions i have if they have a sectional can they have the first round say a 90 minute hunt. and the seconed round be a 60 minute hunt?then also if an owner hunts in both rounds can we give him a discount on the entry fee on the second round.example first round be 25.00 entry second round same owner entry fee be 20.00
