bark limitter 2

Does anyone know how it communicates with you phone? is it blue tooth, wifi etc? and how close do you have to be before you can change settings or see statistics the collar collects?

Thanks
Jeff S.

Have you messed with them at all Bruce? Phone part doesnt mean a whole lot to me. Is that what you would go with or would you pick a different collar. Looking for it to be dependable long life before recharging, easy on dogs neck ic needed for extended use and no false corrections! Could care less on brand name. Not partial to any.

Got mine from Bruce and it works very well. I would recommend it. Only had about month but haven't had to recharge yet.

There are two that I use. One is the Deluxe 2 that you asked about and the other is the Dogtra YS600

Hard to beat the YS600 but the Deluxe 2 works fine for me but I don't use the Phone connection. I just use the manual mode. You are correct about it being a little easier on the neck. If you buy one from a Garmin Dealer and your not happy with it. You should have no problem returning it. That is what I would do if I was you. Get one and see for yourself. Use it in manual and if it works for you then Great. If not return it and get the ys600

Bark Limiter.......

I dont have the Newest version, but just Ordered another of the Bark Limiter Deluxe from Red Fern Hound Supply. They are Onsale for $69.......which I think is a good deal. I have 3 of these and they have worked Great.
I just about Ordered one of the Dogtra ones and think I might still get one from him. Never tried the Dogtra
