just got word of a man that had surgery done on his dog for heartworm removal.never thought of this but if you GOOGLE heartworm surgery for dogs it will amaze you how far we have come on these situations.this may not be the safest thing but it has its place for sure.i was amazed at the amount of worms in a dogs heart.this is also on YOUTUBE as a video.just thought i would share....
