Bruce Conkey

My 320 will show a perfectly straight line when I arrive at my hunting spot and turn it on. Its a line like from where I came from or where I was the previous hunt Also should my dog status say show or hide Also when i go to the compass the is a list of dogs under the compass how do I get the box that will show a specific dog status and its distance

I will answer your last question first. Select menu when on the compass page. The you have a option of small number or large numbers. Small puts three dogs on the compass page and large puts one dog on there. If you have more that one dog you just scroll with scroll button to swap dogs on there. Is the straight line red or pink. That is a personal preference. If I was you I would SHOW and see what that puts on the scree for you. And ten select HIDE and see what it takes away. They if that information is useful to you. You can keep it on the screen or hide it.

Straight line

The line is red. It just started doing this within the last month I would like to stop it from doing this. If I start a new hunt it goes away but it will do it again the next time

That red line is a tricky one and I can't remember the deal on it right now. I will play with one today at work and see what I can come up with. Problem is without having the issue on my handheld it is hard to figure out how to get rid of it. But I will work on it.

If I'm understanding you right on your first issue the 320 iso marking it's path on the screen. When it's shut off in one spot and turn on in another and getsee communication with satellites itll draw a straight line from where it was to where you are. Mine was doing this and I set mine where it didn't show the handheld track on the map. I'm not sure how I did it at the moment I'm thinking main menu and then went into set up . I think.

That is what I was thinking Mr bond and I was going to ask him what color track he had set up for his handheld to leave. If it red then that probably the answer. But I have seen in on mine at times that it is a thin red ling and something else. Just can't remember right now. lol

That was actually one of the mapping flaws I didn't like on the units. It was fun marking in roads that didn't exist but then when you stopped and started again it would draw a straight line from where you stopped to where you started again.

I don’t no what color line my hand held is set on. How do I get to that point to find out. Again it is a perfectly straight red line. I haven’t changed anything in it and it just started doing it. Thanks in advance to all that’s helping me

If I go to setup and then to tracks the track log says record show on May. I have the option to change to do not record. If I do this will this solve the problem or will it stop showing a line for the track of dog. I was just playing around wit handheld and found this
