Belt Light comparable to my Cajun

Guys - i have a Cajun caplight that does a great job, but I am so done with the caplight phase and want to go back to a belt light i can hang over my shoulder while walking.

I have hunted two years with the caplight and it is a well made, dependable light, but i hate the way it feels on my head and not being able to hang it over my shoulder.

Go with another Cajun or??????

Boy, I can relate to that! I gave in and went to the hat light 3 years ago. Gave it two years and just couldn't get use to that brick on top of my head. Got the exact same light in the belt light and I'm a happy camper again. Mine is a Boss but I'm sure all of them will build you a belt.

I have too many, ask my wife. I have a bright eyes grave digger belt light and a K lite belt light that I like the best.

Lights......

I like the Beltlights better........
Most of the Caplights are getting heavier these days.

I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who prefers the belt light over the cap light.

Most companies will build you a long cord and I know of two or three caplights that dont weigh but 17.5 to 19.5 ounces on a self contained light.

Larry
The Bright Eyes Reaper Plus Beltlight is a Very Nice Outfit...
Also....Superior Lights have a Multitude of traditional Beltlights that are Very Nice.....right down to the old 5100 Beltlight.
Good luck on your choice.

Thanks much for the input Gents. Glad to hear I'm not the only one who is not a cap light fan.

Will do some looking and get one ordered.
