Does anyone have any experience with this problem?

I have a T5 collar that when I go to charge it, the collar shows red light indicator for five seconds then switches to the green light for 5-10 seconds then goes back to red. It keeps alternating while trying to charge????

First try cleaning your charging post, if that doesn't help I'd try a different charger. May not be the problem but it's the easiest things to start with.
