horrible summer turned into even worse fall work wise. aint been hunting but half of what want to and no computer coonin time. dry summer turned into wetter than usual fall. getting some hard frosts and cool weather so thats a plus. took sky out tonight for 3 drops and had nice hunt. she got treed out of hearing twice and one dump struck about 350 and worked crop field hard treeing another 700 further. was really cranking towards end and couldnt ask for better hound music.

might try taking old minner next night or two but last couple times out she wouldnt really hunt or even go towards other dog even if got her close. been hoping for a night her old bones feel like getting after it but aint holding my breath. LOL. got a secret weapon pup going to start soon but he aint ready for real hunting and most nights im not quite ready for full attention to train him right.

sky's best run of night so shot him out.
