I can understand that, the phone recording doesn't do his mouth any justice. I started that video about 150 yards before I got to him. A couple of weeks ago we were standing 100 yards from 2 dogs treeing every breath and you could still hear him treed at 1.25 miles through the timber.

I tried to catch his locate but its hard to have your phone out all the time. I caught the tail end of it on both of these videos, His actual locate is 4 or 5 of these squalls that you hear one or 2 of here. He is a couple of hundred yards from me in both of these.

A running track sounds a lot like his locate only slightly shorter. A quick pop up and he will chop just a little then squall. Those tracks don't last very long. He trees a lot of lay ups. I have heard dogs that were as loud and a few that were louder but nothing that would cover him up on a tree. In the summer he does a lot more squalling on the tree then chopping. When he does that he sounds just like that recording of lipper.

I recorded this of him running a track last night. Its really not any video mostly sound. You cant tell but he was really moving this track. I'm setting in a boat on the river. We cast him down the bank and then ride along with him. I was hoping to get his locate but my phone died. He ran this track several hundred yards.

That dog has an impressive mouth !!! So that def isn't his hole lol bet he sounds good no matter what he is doing as long as its not barking in the kennel while your trying to sleep, lol that would be rough

He certainly isn't without holes but he doesn't say a word in the pen. I got him when he was a small pup. I never heard a peep out of he until he was 6 months old. Not even the first time I chained him up. Jay and I talked back and forth thinking something was wrong with him.

Have you ever seen a dog that was scared of a moth? You will be leading him and if one crosses your light he hits the ground. The real thing I enjoy about him is he is the most accurate dog I have ever seen.
