Hey guys, where is the best and easiest way to find pedigrees? I have a 3 generation pedigree and know a few of the dogs on it but would like to look back a little more. Does UKC offer something like that on the website? Just trying to do a little homework and avoid some of the leg work. It's not that often we see a pedigree that we don't recognize but clearly, I have. Thanks.

I just type in the dogs name in my address bar and always put the word coonhound or pedigree with it and several data bases will come up. Some will have the dog and some will not.

You might also try google but most computers are set up now jut to type in what you need in the address bar at top.

Here is an example as I typed in Houses Lipper Pedigree.
Did you mean: house's lipper pedigree

I've been trying Google and even tried the pedigree databases your referring to and had no luck. Was kinda hoping UKC had some kind of tool that you could plug in a UKC number and get a look at the pedigree. I may just have to go the breed section and start my homework there. LOL

NITECH'PR'GUM SPRING'S RADAR

These are the names of a sire and dam. It looks like they came from the same Kennel by their names but I have no idea. LOL these are English dogs and I thought I know a lot about English dogs but apparently there is still some stuff out there that I never heard of. LOL which really got me to thinking, there is no telling how many "good" dogs are out there that nobody knows about. These dogs may have been real, sure enough coondogs, I don't know. But if I could just learn what they come out of, then I would know more about them. I don't mind doing the homework, I just haven't found a starting point yet. I usually don't have this problem but as I said, I'm not recognizing the dogs on the pedigree. I know some of them, but honestly, only two. And that's got me scratching my head.
