Alpha 100 and T-5????

Not sure which one is the problem, but I have had no trouble until recently. I have two TT-10 collars and one T-5. The Alpha wont show the T-5 collar on the screen except on the "track"??? page. It used to show up on the "compass" page no problem, but I guess I breathed wrong and it is now gone.
This thing is like a modern cell phone...all I have to do is think about my cell phone and it is calling someone I don't want to talk to.. My Alpha has always constantly changed every time I turn it on in some useless slight way. All that aside, I have gotten used to it until now...how do I get the T-5 collar to come back up on the compass page??? It is working and communicating with the handheld unit but to see any info I have to open the "dog list" and select that collar and then open the "more info" page. I can at least see how far away the dog is, but that is all. The two TT-10's come upon the "compass" page no problem. Does anybody know what changed and why???? Thanks in advance for any info!!!!

.

It could be a couple things. First you have a choice of big numbers or small numbers. With big numbers you see one dog on the compass page and scroll left or right to see the others one at a time.

If thats not it then you need to select list sync from the menu bar located on the compass page.

I don't know about the big or small numbers thing. I certainly am not doubting you at all...just that I never selected either one. Must be on "big" as I have always viewed one dog at a time, but until last night I could always scroll thru and see all three. I will try the "list sync" and see, but what would make that drop the one collar???? I didn't do it...at least that I know of. Thanks again sir!!!

Well, that fixed it!!! I now have the T-5 collar back on the screen...but something else changed...the name I had selected for the T-5 was "Blue". It has now changed the name to "Dlue". It can stay that way as long as everything else works. This thing is haunted!!!! Thanks again Mr. Conkey!!!

The bad thing about the touch screen on these is that they get touched, lol. Whether in a pocket or not and all kinds of settings get changed. I usually lock my screen when I put it away.

.

Just select the dog information page and touch dogs name and change the dogs name to blue. Maybe take 15 seconds
