Got a alpha that every time its turned on comes up it can not unlock maps. Will not show topo map Have already done all up dates and a master reset on it No birdseye on it

Double check your updates. Go to home page then system and scroll to last page titled ABOUT. What version software do you have. That will cinfirm if it's been updated
