Garmin help

When I am on map screen and I stay 250 yards or less on my alpha I can see dogs and tracks but if I go out any farther the dogs and tracks disappear any help thanks

Tom, I will get back to you latter. This is one of the hardest to answer because I have never experienced it, but know it is real and the answer is not real clear. Several things to do but don't know the specific reason it is happening.

Tom the best answer I can give is this. I assume you have birdseye downloaded. If not it throw this theory out the window. I say that because everyone else that has this problem I have talked to has birdseye.

I think when you zoom out the birdseye layer is covering the track. What you need to do is select menu then scroll down to the last item and select restore defaults. Should put your maps back on top.

Let me know if you have birdseye and if this helps.
