He never hunted in the World Hunt
But he was a winner who cast in the Best Woods this morning we all hope to hunt some day

Albert Franklin Cameron, age 86 of Fulton, Missouri passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017 at The Bluffs in Columbia, Missouri. He was born November 21, 1930 in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, to Reuben Albert Cameron and Dolly Irene Peery Cameron. On August 5, 1955, he was united in marriage to Eleanor Jane Salmons, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Jane, he is survived by two sons, Kirby (Marilee) Cameron of Columbia, MO, Albert Neal (Joyce) Cameron of Auxvasse, MO, and one daughter, Rebecca (Mark) Hofmeister of Columbia, MO, 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. one brother, Robert Cameron of Fulton, MO, one brother in-law, Dave Sutherland of New Franklin, MO, and daughter in-law, Dina Fentiman of Ashland, MO, and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Robert Dale Cameron and one sister, Ruby Sutherland.
Albert retired as a machinist from M & M Highway Materials. He had also worked as a carpenter, and worked for the Columbia Tribune. He was well known for and loved raising Red Bone Coonhounds. He served as past-president for the American Red Bone Coonhound Association. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and farming with his family. He was a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, MU Tigers. His greatest joy was spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He served as a board member for the White Cloud Cemetery Association and served as Deacon for the Millersburg Baptist Church and Grace Bible Church in Columbia, MO.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017, at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, MO. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 25th from 5-7 p.m. and from 10-11 am on Thursday before the funeral service at Debo Funeral Home. Interment will be at the White Cloud Cemetery in Fulton. Memorial contributions are suggested to the White Cloud Cemetery Association C/0 Debo Funeral Home 833 Court Street, Fulton, MO 65251.
