Bloodlines , Scores

What happened to the scores for the hunts? Not many stud ads and now the scores left off. I always like seeing the scores

I got my January issue today and it has 122 pages, the December issue had 146. If it gets any thinner it will only be a front and back sheet.

Try just around 35 years straight. Use to be requirement if you had were a MOH or BSJ.I almost dropped it last year. Only reason I renewed were the breed issues. I think I am done.

I'm not exactly sure what the reasoning was for it other than some time ago it came up when setting up the programming for On Line Points Checks. Those scores are no longer processed in the system so that may be why. In any event, we'll discuss and go from there.

Funny thing is even my mother, who is not a hound person what so ever, noticed this issue seemed really small lol.
January is the Leopard Special Issue, maybe less ads put in for them? Could be it.

I worked in printing for almost 20 years!
Each month there was less to PRINT!

Wish it was not true! As I liked my job! And Made decent $$$$

Printed Magazines , and later on Catalogs.
It takes a lot of workers to put out the Millions of Magazines we put out each month! Add to that the cost of paper, ink, presses,binders,trucks to ship it to mailers, and then postage to just mail it all out!!!! That is just touching on it, after pre press , and the ones doing the work to write what you read after you get it! The ones out trying to sell the adds you see! And , yes that is what pays for the finished product for the most part!

Today, it takes a handful of workers to drop it all onto a web-page! That it use to take well, probably Thousands to just put out a large magazine!!! They can put it out there from an office complex! Where it use to take a large printing plant!

Sad.... But, it is the facts of this digital WORLD!
