I was slow to make the change myself. We had the 320 and 50s that worked great, but having the training option is wonderful. Could not imagine being without it. We get all our equipment from Double U and are always well taken care of.

Same here..The touch screen was a bit of a challenge and came with a little learning curve, but wouldn't go back to the 220 or 320..Most of all couldn't go without the training feature........Paul in Maine

Alpha

I went from the 220 to the alpha the first month it came available. I believe it was 4 years ago. System and collars have held up great, I believe I'm on my third set of collar straps. The only way it could be any better would be the capability to correct multiple dogs at once! If I could just tone 8 dogs at once, I would never carry another leash.

I have only used it a few times and it is somewhat user friendly...my dogs used to jump a big boar hog at 6 am and at 2 or 3 pm I would finally get my dogs back...with the training collar built in i can call my dogs off if I am ready to call it a day. ..I really like that feature...

oh yeah .. love it. Just the fact that I only have to put on one collar makes it worth it for me

I run 10 second update and if I see it gonna last into the night put on 2 minute it will last a long time. You will have all of the next day till dark to get your dog, which seems like plenty of time to me just walk in and get them.
