Wed night heavy fog, Thurs heavy rain, Friday windy best night of the three.

Will always remember floating the Maple River with Tony years ago. Tony and I have been friends for many years. He bred a female to my NITECH Piney River Wrangler dog that produced some outstanding bear dogs. Descendants of that cross are still treeing bears for some of the nation's hardest bear hunters. We did good with that cross, Tony!

Yes Tony is top notch guy. Enjoy hunting with him 3 nights. He took a very impressive 6mo plott pup. He has a lot of grit. Doing good job running and treeing. He will be tough next year when i vist!! May have to go north a little one night and go for a jumbo size coon!

Steve I still have the little flat bottom boat and getting it fixed up to do a couple of trips down the river. Had to rescue it from my brother who was going to scrap it. Couldn't let him do, it too many fond memories .
